The prestigious ranking unveils the top pizzerias across the Asia-Pacific region—here are the winners and special awards.

50 Top Pizza, the world’s most influential pizza guide, has officially announced the 50 Best Pizzerias in the Asia-Pacific region for 2025. The prestigious ranking, revealed during an awards ceremony at the Italian Cultural Institute in Tokyo, recognizes the best pizza establishments based on quality, service, and overall dining experience.

The Best Pizzerias in Asia-Pacific 2025

At the top of the list is The Pizza Bar on 38th in Tokyo, crowned the Best Pizzeria in Asia-Pacific 2025. Known as the smallest pizzeria in the world, with just eight seats, it is led by Daniele Cason, executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo.

Following closely in second place is RistoPizza by Napoli sta ca, by Giuseppe Errichiello, located in Azabudai Hills Store, Tokyo. Completing the top three is Fiata by Salvatore Fiata, based in Hong Kong.

Asia-Pacific’s Growing Pizza Scene

This year, Australia leads the ranking with 10 pizzerias, followed by Japan (9) and China (6). Among cities, Tokyo dominates with 6 top pizzerias, while Melbourne and Hong Kong each have 4.

Additionally, the top 13 pizzerias from this ranking will automatically qualify for the prestigious 100 Best Pizzerias in the World list, to be announced on September 8 at Teatro Mercadante in Naples, Italy.

The 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025 event was streamed live on social media, hosted by Imma Romano, and featured an opening address by Gianluigi Benedetti, the Italian Ambassador to Japan.

With the continued growth of high-quality pizzerias across the region, Asian and Pacific cities are cementing their place on the global pizza map.
